Shu, Hello. This interview is one for the record superb! Banden did his homework and learned along the way and found you! Banden hit the mother load which came with a working car! Banden stated "Oh my God this guy is the real deal"! He was so happy! Banden has his house, car, garden and ready for his new life in Japan forever home! Next on his list is finding a nice Japanese partner. I truly appreciate how encouraging and upbeat Banden was of you. Shu, I can see you with a million followers in one to five years as Banden said!

Oh man! He’s from Batu Pahat?! That’s only 73km from my home town of Pontian in Johor. This young man is an inspiration and has given me hope to reignite my dream of buying a place in Japan. My wife and I are dreaming of buying a place in Sapporo. It is our favorite city in Japan. Thanks Shu for making this video. And I agree with Banden, you are doing a great job, your videos are high quality, inspirational, informative and insightful. Keep on doing you. I wish you every success.

This makes me wish he had a vlog channel of his own. Watching him makes one happy and thinks everything will be alright for some reason, the charm and aura is something else
Happy life in Japan Banden!

Congratulations on your new house here in Japan Banden🎉 You seemed like a very positive and smart guy! My kind of people to hang out with 😊 I think the house you bought was a good deal esp as you have a good Yokohama location. Wish you live a good life and achieve all your dreams and goals in Japan. New friend here if you want 😊 Gambatte ne!

Wow! I am absolutely gobsmacked at the quality of this content.

So much exposure to the overall process of exchange and ownership. Shu, you are ✨Awesome💫! 👍

Enjoyed the energy and excitement from the Malaysian Youtuber - especially during the car ride, that was ASMR, like going for a camping trip! Omoshiroi desu ne!!!? 😉

It's great that he is so enthusiastic about the house. I guess the land there is quite pricey. ¥29.8 million seems a lot for a 28 year old 29 tsubo house on 52 tsubo of land (if i did the conversions right). ¥4 million seems a lot for the renovations he mentioned. But he's very happy and I'm sure the prices around the area must be in the same range.

The bedrooms seem tiny in the video. Were any even 6 tatami? Oh, maybe the lesson room. Kitchen counter space seems on the small side but being more open makes it better.

I like the small, deep bath. You can REALLY immerse yourself.

The two car parking will be nice. He can have his own car plus a spot for visitors.

Every time I watch one of Shu's videos where he highlights a non-Japanese national purchasing a property for their own use, I inevitable wonder about how they are able to stay in Japan long term. Fortunately, in this video Baden provides his answer: 1) start with a student visa, 2) once graduated, get a job in Japan, also in the meantime 3) look for Japanese wife.

great content once again Shu!!!! I’ve run across banden’s channel, but since I’m not a ‘gamer’, his content wasn’t as intriguing to me as I’m not a gamer …. I’m more about bettering myself and those around me …. i came across your channel and I got hooked …. I’ve also come across Matt Guy’s channel also who is also showing his life in Japan …. I’m guessing you’ve stumbled across Matt’s channel as well …. both of you create intriguing content that gets me hooked on watching and ‘linking’ …. great content to consume on a Sunday Morning ….

You'd think there would be 1000s of Malaysian property owners already. Shows how overlooked Japan properties still are in Asia.

I really enjoy your videos. You come across as very geuine and the videos are very informative. My biggest suggestion would be to get a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 or Mobile 6 and DJI Mic2. Have a smoother video would really help. Watchign these long videos, the slight unstable/shakiness can really get to you over time. Invest in your channel bc it is great!

My wife and I have considered buy a property in Yokohama. Her dad lives there and we visit at least once a year.
