It’s hilarious how aura is taken serious when discussing a players greatness

Dallas was only ever good when they had a chance to beat the Celtics, after they loss they 'just' became a 5th seed

This JT hate is the weirdest trend in modern sports. You’d think he personally insulted people’s family or something but the dude barely speaks

If Tatum was in any other teams jersey he wouldn't get this lvl of hate at all 😂

That missed dunk in the finals where he just smacked it against the rim was hilarious

I could give zero shts if Tatum is hated or not. Fk the individual bullcrap. As long as the Celtics win, thats what matters to me.

The discourse around him is everything that is wrong with the NBA today.

Because in so many ways he is everything you can ask for in a player. He is talented, plays both sides of the floor, professional and in this era of load managing and not knowing if you will see the best players suit up, he is almost always available.

And yet so much noise because he didn't win finals MVP or he didn't play in the Olympics. I thought basketball was a team game....

I really hope he doesn't listen to any of it and let it get to his head and do something stupid like when Kobe ran Shaq out of town or when KD left the Warriors. He is in a phenomenal situation, and could lead a dynasty. The people that criticise him would give anything to have what he does.

@6:45 "it woulda been nice if Tatum has something original... something super memorable..." while a video of him picking the son he has brought to every single game that has grown up next to him through his entire career, highs and lows, as confetti falls after winning his first championship.

Tatum's playmaking and defense are criminally underrated, dude might average a 27/7/7 next season

The whole Celtics slander by media even before finals was already sus and Tatums their poster boy. Jaylen gets MVP gets snubbed on Olympics roster and btw I know nobody who hates Tatum.... this the most nice humble guy ever... This is a conspiracy 😮

Can’t take Tatum criticism seriously when the biggest knock against him seems to be "no aura", whatever that even means anymore.

Judging player by aura has to be the most disgusting thing I’ve heard

ragging on Tatum for getting 100 turnovers in the playoffs when LeBron has 96, NINETY SIX, is absolute perfect snapshot of the state of sports media.

Yall are so lost.

Tatum has 1 more conference finals appearances than the hornets pelicans clippers grizzlies and timberwolves franchises combined, 3 less than bird throughout his entire career which he is easily gonna catch

He’s the first superstar I’ve ever seen who WON a chip and a gold medal in the same season actively fall in people’s mental player ranks

The hate comes from unfortunate timing, he didn’t live up to expectations in the 2022 finals, every bandwagon warriors fan turned 15 and started banging the drum that he sucked on social media, and every other casual fan just followed along with the take.

Tatum not being the best player on his team is the biggest myth in the NBA

I’m just confused about why Tatum specifically is considered corny/cringy out of ALL players.

Literally Ant said “I want Kai” then got smoked by him in the WCF. Was Ant (and his major L) not corny? It just seems so random.
