Sydney fan here but seriously Fremantle deserve more than a five second compliment. They were incredible yesterday and should get a hell of a lot more credit for their performance.

Treloar is probably the most consistent player in the comp this year, dude is aging like a $3000 bottle of wine. 10/10 bloke too, so glad he's smashing it atm

No coverage giving Freo any credit. Sure there must be issues at Melbourne but a 92 point win means the winner is playing some pretty good footy.

Kane is so quick to shut down the Darcy/Jackson combo but when they clearly had the better of Gawn, silence.

Kane, that's what freo do with Darcy and Jackson in the same team together. Now shut up and never speak of it again.

You ain't giving freo enough credit, we hold every team to low scores, the last 4 weeks we have had more shots than anyone but our accuracy been horrible, yesterday it all just come together and Melbourne seen a freo master-class

Geelong fan here. That moment when Ginnivan kicked the goal for the Hawks and the way Day and the rest of the teammates reacted was a pure 'meaning' 'making moment. You could tell as a collective they all believed that they could do it and no one on that day was going to stop them. It was epic to watch.

I love this segment every week. You can tell one of these two has actually coached an AFL side and the other one hasn't.

The disrespect to Fremantle is insane. Dees were belted no matter how they played by a very good Freo outfit.

Buckley - 92 point win but we’re not gonna focus on Fremantle. Wait what ?

Kane talking about Mathew Nicks bring too nice when Ken Hinkley is literally an old man who's always smiling even after embarrassing losses. Sack Hinkley, he is softer than butter that has been left out in the sun for weeks.

As a Freo supporter it's good to wake up on a Monday morning & not see your team who is on the receiving end of a shellacking

All TV and digital media feed off negative journalism these days, it's how they get attention for their networks and radio stations. Here we have ex-footballers in the media falling victim to the same thing spending the entire time focusing on all the negatives of a club's single performance.. Yes, they are paid to express an opinion, but it should be a balanced report, I don't barrack for Freo but at least give some DECENT kudos to the team that shredded a quality Melbourne team containing it's fair share of household names.

No surprise these guys once again give 5 seconds to Freo and 5 minutes to Melbourne

They act bewildered that there isn't mid season trade, and then explain exactly why there isn't one. You can't move players against their will and it would overwhelmingly favour Victorian clubs.

Are these blokes for real! WA clubs get rooted by the schedule all the time. Now all of a sudden it affects Collingwood it’s a big issue and they are crying out for a mid season trade. Bloody hypocrites

Love the irony of Bucks discussing the injury tax and the cumulative effects of short breaks despite so many commentators and media completely ignoring this reality for West Coast Eagles in 2022 and 2023 respectively. The mid season trade will become nothing more than an internal network for Victorian player movement.

Port are done.

No forward line, the coach's gameplan won't work against good clubs.

Marshall is the biggest downhill skier in the game, jones not up to it, Boak cant kick, never has been able to, can only play inside, Charlie is a failed experiment, always breaking down or missing easy set shots, Burton doesn't care.

We're cooked.

I'm finding it really hard to find someone talking about Freo and their success. ... moving on .. keep looking

I'd like to see Clayton Oliver move to St Kilda. Could regenerate him.

Geez the Port loss could cost the Hawks but huge game against the Giants next week. If they beat GWS, got the Tigers and Eagles after that, win those as expected and they’d be right in the hunt for a finals spot.

Melbourne looked completely disinterested, a team full of stars that looked apathetic at best! You'd expect a response undoubtedly but they'd better hope that was an aberration not a trend
