Ukrainian troops have reclaimed dozens of landmine-littered settlements abandoned by Russian forces in southern #Ukraine, officials said, the day after #Moscow announced its withdrawal from the strategic capital city of #Kherson province. As Ukrainian troops close in on Kherson, FRANCE 24 is joined by Lieutenant General Michel Yakovleff, Professor at Sciences-Po and Former Vice-Chief of Staff at NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (Shape).
