commercial tax rate using capital gains and transferring equity to real-estate should be triple taxed. End the unlimited capital gains and loss scam already <3 great job! Maybe incentivize them to give some equity back to employees <3

Yes. Businesses are not for the people. Just like homes are being overvalued in order to increase tax, businesses need to adjust too.
