Its no surprise it sucks, alot of restaurants use this tactic to sell with a theme so they dont have to try with the food much

Makes me want to actually go through with an idea I had for a restaurant called "Eat Like a President"
And the menu items are all dishes of every president's favorite meals, named after the president's themselves.
So for example you want breakfast you order a "George Washington" and you receive hoecakes. Lunch you order a "Donald J. Trump" and you get burgers and fries. And desert, you can get a "Joe Biden" and choose what flavor of ice cream you want.
My restaurant would give you red and blue ties, but formal attire isn't required, and the staff would refer to you as "Mr. / Mrs. / Ms. President"
