I have L4/L5 degenerative vertebrae and L5/S1 is with serious narrowed spinal stenosis resulting difficulty to walk. This is an MRI exam result. To stand upright after sitting position for few minutes is also very difficult. There is a feeling of numbness starting from the hips accross the feef. Is there any solution other than operation? What's your kind advice please?

They could have brought the price down by using a blood pressure pump instead of that one it looks expensive. It looks like that once for lower back problems and I have upper back problems.
