Just because somebody is part of British Aristocracy, it doesn’t mean they are Royalty. One has to be related to the Royal family for that.

My understanding is that MM is allowed to use her title but cannot use the HRH. Whether her show is considered to merch her title or not, I have no idea but if she had any sense, she would’ve cleared that with lawyers before starting. Knowing her as we do, she probably thinks it’s her right and that she can do as she pleases.
