I don't think Squeak, Nani or Buzz are played that much in ranked for them to be overrated. I'd say Surge and Clancy fit much more in this category, my randoms always pick these two and they never get out of the first stage.

Chester star power needs to be changed to 50% more damage not 100%, honestly tho it's crazy how that small of a change skyrocketed him so far up the meta. He must have been underrated before and no one realised

I think the fact that Chester went from D all the way to S tier from just the new star power shows that he already had a pretty solid kit. I think Chester was always like high C tier rather than low D

Surge and Dyna not being in overrated is a crime. Everyone in Ranked picks Dyna first pick and it is horrendous. And Surge is also picked first and both of these brawlers are late/last picks.
