Into my fourth month here and it's all Marshall says it is and more. It's great advice in this video and he is like others that tell it to you straight. My recruiter Tobin was clear in what was available and what was not. He worked with me to get the right lane as a new driver as did the training department to prepare me exactly for my position.

My dispatch team also gradually worked me into a rhythm that didn't overwhelm me but did allow me to take on challenges to improve my performance. Other parts of the organization from the shop, to roadside, and safety as well as other drivers just there to offer help are all supportive, helping me gain confidence, competence, and comfort with my job.
