So I know most of my viewers are Pork lovers, based on a poll I did a few months ago. In this video,  I make this Simple Pork Stew Recipe. It is a quick pork recipe that comes together in under an hour

MINIMUM LABOR, MAXIMUM FLAVOR!

Ingredients
[  ] Pork Shank
[  ] Salt and Pepper
[  ] Oil
[  ] 1 Onion
[  ] 1 Tomato diced or Cherry Tomatoes
[  ] Fresh Chopped Garlic
[  ] 50g Tomato Paste
[  ] 1 1/2 Tablespoon Mutton Masala
[  ] 1 1/2 Tablespoon Mother in Law Masala
[  ] 1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
[  ] 1 Large Carrot
[  ] 2 Large Potatoes
[  ] 1 Stock Cube
[  ] Hot water

I made this today using pork potjie pieces along with your microwave dombolo

Didn’t use mother in law cause I was worried my daughter wouldn’t eat it. Didn’t have the fennel either. Just super mild curry powder and the mutton masala.

Added some tomato sauce and paprika cause it just does the things. Other than that the recipe was the same
