Hi Erick, If I were the homeowner, after she told me that the money is at the county, with the amount, with she mentioned about opening bid, I will go after the money by visiting or calling the county. So this is the same as teaching them do skip your service. Bad idea. That's too detail I think. They shouldn't know where the money is (county), bec it is easy for them to go and ask. We shouldn't reveal too much to home owner in this business.
