In Barlinnie jail, Scotland you're not supposed to scream or make a any noise when you get stabbed until your attacker is clear and away from the scene. To bring attention while being stabbed is considered snitching to guards

I did 14 years in Ohio's brick piles and to this day nearly 28 years ago I rarely talk about the violence I inflicted or endured .my last situation I was in .... I got hit 9 times (stabbed) & nearly passed out from severe blood loss !!!! Had I went out !!! I would have been slaughtered.

Yeoo😂 🙌🏼 when I was 18 yrs old I got locked up in state prison and after I got to my home jail before I started bootcamp I got stabbed in prison and it really is like this… like I got hit and didn’t know it at first I thought in the middle of a fight between two different factions that someone had burned me on my stomach like four or five inches up from my waistline with a cigarette either by accident or on purpose until I got back to my cell and my cellie was like” YOOO BRO you’re LEAKING” the white T I had on was burgundy by my best guess the shank that made the puncture was a piece of chain link fence someone had broken off and sharpened or a nail it was about that thin and luckily he wasn’t a hitter cause he either hadn’t sharpened the damn thing or didn’t poke me with enough force to do any real damage internally. it wasn’t sharp enough to pierce my abdominal wall and I went to medical like three days later after it was just getting worse, & worse, & then after I finally went to the med bay the nurse lady was like you’re a few hours away from it becoming Mercer and REALLY messing your ass up. But after I got up on the table and lifted my shirt I told her I got bit by a spider or had an ingrown hair that I poked it with what must have been a dirty sewing needle or sharp paper clip and must’ve got infected…she legit stopped me and said ….”look sweetheart, don’t lie to me I know what this is I work in a prison. The entire reason I didn’t ask you what happened was so that you didn’t have to lie to me about it... now don’t worry honey I know how this works by now and just winked at me. I was shocked tbh but honestly relieved that At the very least she knew what she was looking at and treating so I wasn’t going to die by lying about it I didn’t know who had done it anyway so I wasnt saying shit i wound up fighting the guy I thought did it but even if I knew who did it wouldn’t have changed anything except maybe who I’de of fought or how I fought him, but I’m pretty sure I had the right bull.😅
