Truth. Hug your demons. Metaphorically speaking. In other words, welcome the unpleasant thoughts. They are just there, trying to help you survive. But things like meditation & even safe medication can help take the edge off. A lot of us are struggling with a lot of symptoms of complex trauma & we don't even realise it. It hurts to be human a lot of the time. This society doesn't always help people feel ok about being human & having perfectly understandable reactions to adverse circumstances.

I walk away from them. They take too much time effort and energy to deal with and you'll never change them. I embrace the impermanence and realize that I don't need nor want them in my life anymore.

🙃 how do I go about my life when I'm constantly being gaslit about my own disabilities just because they're not obvious like a missing limb. I cannot control the discrimination both human instigated and systematically set up.

I have nothing left to be able to keep trying to survive.
