Thought I would just say just in case any possible lawyers catch on this in certain lawsuits.. all of the things said in this video are just my opinion and based on my analysis of laws in america. Blair hasn't been convicted of anything, but based on my opinion if she was found guilty of crimes I am describing then she would be in big trouble. Just wanted to state this as i know blair likes to use other peoples video as a way to attack oz in their lawsuit. This video has literally zero associate with oz, and all of it is MY opinion alone!

As a former fan of Blair’s, I was devastated to find out how bad of a person she really is behind the scenes. After a period of denial followed by sadness, I became fully invested in her long awaited downfall. Thank you for the amazing updates and information! Let’s hope that justice is served as it should be on this absolute monster of a person.

You know what I kinda love? Despite the tweet to Legal Eagle being what started this whole shitshow, the man himself made a single post and then never mentioned it again. Just peaced out and got on with his channel while Blair burned down her own life and tried to bring as many people down with her as possible.

I once was a casual viewer of that channel. Years ago, during a video, she mentioned that there was an ambulance at a neighbor’s house and it had its sirens on. Instead of expressing concern, she got annoyed because it was interrupting her filming. I never watched her again.

Her whole aesthetic *was* anti-pyramid scheme, anti-exploitation, anti-corporate, anti-pollution, then it was revealed she allegedly did extremely unethical versions of all the things she critiqued. And by critiqued, I mean paid gig economy wages to vulnerable people while raking in millions for very low effort. An empire of dirt.

Note: lawyers are licensed in a specific state and they can pursue licensing in multiple states (Legal Eagle is licensed in 7 states). More often than not, out of state attorneys can practice in a state if they get an in-state attorney to babysit them, and the judge says it's okay (this is called "pro hoc vice"). Also anyone with a juris doctorate degree is a lawyer, but only those who pass the bar and practice are attorneys.

It is hilariously satisfying to look at socialblade and see her channel statistics just FLATLINE since may of 2023.

June of 2019 I had a channel which did crime (back when crime channels weren't popular). It was "simply the facts" - literally and figuratively. The known facts from the actual court transcripts, investigation notes where available, autopsy findings, etc; and importantly to me, keeping the speculation to a minimum.

I only had a handful of vids up - all the research, cross checking, image pulling, scripting, recording, editing, double and triple checking the accuracy and lining up the images to audio and then all the credits/bioliography/videographies, etc, all linked into a single video would take me months. I never expected anyone to see them except maybe a student or too.

I had made them for my students to watch to get case information which would help them with their course work. I am dyslexic and that sort of thing would have helped me.

Then I started getting comments that a massive content farm had taken my videos and reuploaded them with the presenters voice where mine had been and it was substantially word for word except that the presenter goes off on a tangent with unrelated stories of his own.

Students started to inform me that true crime anthologies that I had written and had been physically published were now being used by the same content farm.

Videos and written work were credited to his "writers" but not to me - I tried to contact them and explain that the crime stories were mine and that my stuff was published before his. I got told to stfu. The next thing that happened was he copy claimed my videos and my channel was removed. He is still using my books for his content farm without crediting me.

When small channels try to take on the massive farms they will always lose because the farms have direct contact through a YT manager small channels don't. The system that we small and occasional creators have to use is unworkable

Also— demand for a jury trial is 8:35 is standard, even if they don’t want it. It makes it more enticing for a settlement. And if they don’t request it, they waive the option.
