Senior event producer
Показать описание
The last live event I attended was probably the best I have ever been to – and would have been produced by a senior event producer from this great client. A seamlessly immersive experience from start to finish!
They are a full-service international events agency, who pride themselves on two things: their culture, which is open and team-focussed, and their work, which is always delivered with a genuine passion.
As s senior event producer, you will be working on large scale in person and virtual events (simultaneously), with every day bringing a new challenge. You will oversee the running of the events from end to end; from taking the initial brief to post event budget reconciliation.
We have a fantastic candidate brief which we are happy to share with you after a chat, but as an existing senior event producer you will have a good idea of what to expect.
Within the company there is a real emphasis on culture enhancement, so we’re looking for someone to come into a team with a ‘family feel’ and enhance that further. The founders are very accessible and still very active in the business, so you will benefit from their years of wisdom and experience directly (this is the perfect role for a knowledge sponge).
We’re looking for someone who experience running virtual events, as this now makes up a major part of their offering. You will understand the complexities, nuances and challenges it takes to run a virtual event compared to a live one.
They have an incredibly sensible approach to where you work from – they have a single compulsory day (Wednesday) in their West London office, but the rest of the time you can be based from anywhere (although given how nice the office is, you will probably want to spend a lot of time there!). The rest of the time you will be travelling out to clients.
From a salary perspective you are looking at a salary between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on your experience level. You will also benefit from plenty of company socials as well as other corporate benefits and a £500 a year budget for personal development.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
