Adam Chooses Collaboration

In a recent video I told you a story about Adam a new supervisor. Unfortunately, he's alienated his employee. A couple of them are giving him the silent treatment. Others forget how to do the simplest things. Every few minutes there is a machine shutdown. By the end of the month, Adam’s department was showing its poorest record ever for production.

In this video, Adam takes responsibility for what's happening by looking at his thoughts and communication style. He goes to his employees to work out a better working relationship.
