I have 2 questions it will be helpful if u can answer it.
1. what is maximum time that should be given to a problem if i cant solve it. (I saw 30 min on a codeforce blog but d and c are taking more than that).
2.Some times even after seeing Editorial i need more time to implement it what should i do then should i leave problem for some time(mainly dp problems).
