MyDYPAlive is a digital platform enabling users to book online service calls with DYPA. For the very first time, jobseekers and employers can make an online appointment with DYPA on a specific day and at a specific time, so that they can receive DYPA’s services via teleconferencing and thus avoid in-person visits at the local PES (KPA2).
