👉 Learn how to find the particular solution to the integral of a function. The integral, also called antiderivative, of a function, is the reverse process of differentiation. Integral of a function can be evaluated as indefinite integral or as a definite integral. A definite integral is an integral in which the upper and the lower limits/boundaries are known, otherwise the integral is indefinite.

For indefinite integrals, the result we obtain is called a general solutions having an unknown constant. It gives a family of curves having similar attributes but sometimes we will want to get a particular solution that satisfies a given condition. This implies finding the value of the unknown constant from the indefinite integral using the given condition(s).
