I just got the Anvil/Keg King Snubnose Pressure fermenter..9.2 gal with the thermowell and dip tube. Works great. Fermented my first AG brew (got a new Brewzilla Gen 3.1.1 from MoreBeer as price dropped due to new GEN4). Was a Blonde Ale with Lutra Kveik yeast and only took 5 days to go from 1.042 to 1.010 at 10psi. Transferred under pressure this morning to my Kegco PET 2.2 gal kegs with pressure lid with dip tube. Will let it chill overnight in my mini fridge and treat both with Biofine through the gas port in the morning. Big part of my jumping back into brewing after several years away was your channel and Gash from the homebrew network. Excited to test the beer and looking forward to more videos from you. Thanks for all the tips and info you provide.

I'm guessing you have to be really careful with headspace in that one since it can't simply foam over? How many gallons does it claim?

Was looking at these. Curious how well it works for serving right out of the fermenter afterwards. The shape on these is much more fridge friendly, and I like that they have a small one for 3-4 gallon batches.

What do you think about the king snub nose? I only typically do 5/6 gallon batches so the chubby would be fine but I kind of like the ability to add a cooling coil to the snub nose.

I have the Grainfather conical pro. Have you tried to pressure ferment in that? It’s not rated for pressure but I’m sure it could handle 2-3 psi, just to keep the CO2 out. Thoughts?
