Iraq Prime Minister motorcades into Washington DC for a meeting with Biden

The Iraq Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani motorcade passed the White House on the way to the Willard Hotel. The Iraqi PM will meet with Biden on Monday in the White House.
