Thanks, Tim. Very helpful and well done. One question from an older guitar newbie: most places I see the D major with same fret positions, but only strumming first 4 strings. I notice you include the open A string. I prefer your way. Any issue with the A there? Sounds OK to me. Thanks again!

It seems your strumming down with the pick on the strings but then strumming back up with the strings.
