Fly my princesses to Amelia Island for the Valentine's Day weekend. (Concord - Savannah - Cumberland Island - Amelia Island - Fernandina Beach - Amelia River Cruise - Omni Hotel and Resort at Amelia Island)

Hey guys, today I am taking my families to Amelia Island for a weekend trip. This is their first time flying in a Cirrus.

The bent wing FBO at the Fernandina Beach airport was built with the shape of a marine corps fighter bomber Corsair. It has all sorts of aviation art collection, a cool pilot shop and a nice pilot lounge. Definitely a must visit for all pilots.

We called a taxi to Timoti's Seafood Shack, and that costs us 20 bucks for a 15 minutes ride. The seafood there was fantastic and we highly recommend it. Since the restaurant is right in the middle of the downtown, we walk over to the visitor center and the marina.

Since we didn't have enough time to spend a day on the Cumberland Island we saw in the air, a cruise tour was the next choice.

We chose Omni for the night, as it is half the price of the Ritz, and honestly I cannot tell much of the difference. I think we made the right decision. Talking about money, I will share the airplane expense at the end of the video.

Don't forget to check out the breakfast at Sunrise Cafe which was the nicest we have had in years.

A heart and arrow cloud appeared in the sky. Can't beat this gift for a valentine's day! Now took a final look at the resort before heading back home!

Now we are back at the airport, and the sky is simply beautiful. Top off the fuel tanks, throw in the luggage, and off we go!
