5 Ingredients for a Delicious Vegan Protein Shake

Do you want an easy post-workout shake that’s packed with protein? Well in this video I show what ingredients I use for my delicious peanut butter chocolate protein shake that’s organic, gluten-free and completely vegan!
Getting a ton of protein after any workout is super important to repair your muscles and help them recover faster. That’s why I make this easy, frothy and super yummy shake after my morning run or workout.
I usually meal prep my powders in a small mason jar so I don’t have to deal with scooping and measuring scoop after scoop of ingredients when I’m exhausted from working out. So, then all I have to do is grab my almond milk and ice, dump the combined powders from the mason jar into the Vitamix, and VIOLA! I have a tasty way to heal my muscles so I can work out another day!
