Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass awkwardly remained silent when overseas why she wasn't in California as wildfires devastated Los Angeles County.

Why is it " politics " to point out their incompetence, if not their criminal behavior? Newsome drained the reservoirs that were put in place for this very ( yearly ) event. The mayor cut the fire budget by 17 million dollars. You know in the the state known for their yearly forest fires. Then there is the Fire Chief, who chose to forgo the yearly fire hydrant inspection, and as a result where unaware that according to fireman's accounts of the situation, the majority of the fire hydrants were without water.
Now I am sorry, how at least two of the three of these individuals are not charged with involuntary manslaughter will be a crime in itself. If i knowingly disabled the sprinkler system in a apartment building and then there was a fire in which people died. I would absolutely be charged with involuntary manslaughter, at the least.
And not one thing I wrote about had a single thing to do with politics.
