Should be a cracking 6N. France and Ireland are obvious favourites but England are looking fairly scary too. Scotland could upset one of the hopefuls but will lack the consistency needed to win (as always). Italy will be eyeing up a couple wins at least. Wales...poor Wales.

Given Ireland’s coach is on lions, I’m going for France to win it overall, Scotland runner up, England to do well, Ireland to do ok, Italy to beat wales and one other team but Wales to win their final game vs England

Irishman here and I can agree with the bookies on paper... I think the france game could be the decider of the overall winner!
I don't see a grand slam for any team and can see that it could come down to permutations on the final week which could lean some favor our way because we have Italy in the last week

I think its going to be a more open and closer tournament this year than it has been in recent years. Ireland, france, England, Scotland will all do damage against each other.

I'd say Ireland are coming 2nd or maybe even 3rd this year, France definitely going to will and England looking very strong from an Irish fan.

It’s a tight one to call I reckon but I’m predicting it to come down to points. It’ll likely be a 3 horse race between Ireland, France and England but if Scotland can break their glass ceiling they’ll be in with a shot.

Is my final table prediction.

As a Scotland fan, I think
this could be the end for
Townsend, I feel he has taken us as far as he is capable of doing so.

I see regression on the cards for us, unfortunately, this time around.

In terms of Ireland, I think they look like they have regressed slightly & I think France look the strongest of the six teams this time around.

I think England are slowly heading upwards again, but it's going to be painful progress
to watch it will not happen overnight.

Wales Will just avoided the wooden spoon & only just.

So by the time we get to the 16th of March the final placing sin the 2025 6N Table should be - Ireland, France, Scotland, England, Italy, Wales in that order.

However, any one or all of the following, could also happen - Ireland & France could swap places (unlikely though still possible). Scotland & England could swap places (quite possible). Italy & Wales might swap places (unlikely).

France for the slam and Wales for the spoon However there's usually a unexpected result in most tournaments and i think Italy will be the team that scuppers one of England Scotland or Ireland. I wonder which one will have an off day and let the Italians spoil their party. 😢

Im not writing off scotland they have been building year on year for the last few years. Ireland have a lot to work on befor the six nations there not as together as they have been. I think Ireland will be lucky to get second this year, with france and England looking strong to. Ill be chearing for italy to continue there progres. And who knows what welsh team is coming they seem to switch it on whenever it suits them .

For 6n. Ireland to win it after losing to France as France bottle last game against Scotland. Scotland to be great but somehow still end up 3rd again. England to be on their own mid table mainly because Scotland have their number. Wales v Italy wooden spoon but Wales win and Gats keeps his job.

As an Irish man gotta say don't see it as being a good year for us. 3rd at best. Feels a bit transitional at the moment especially in attack.
