What I did during my interview when they asked me about what is my weakness, instead of turning my negative trait to a positive trait, I did the other way around and turned a positive trait to a negative one. I told the interviewer that I’m a very ambitious person, that I tend to over do things beyond what I’m capable of and sometimes it leads to a negative result. so it gives them an idea that you’re a person who loves to take the risk because being to ambitious can truly be a negative trait but also it makes you a better person especially when you chose to learn from your mistakes.
