Traumeri alone > hidden leaf village including naruto and sasuke.

Yasratcha can be scaled to continental quite easily in ap to be honest. He straight out said to Yama even if their were a 100 of us we still couldn’t do anything to him and that’s how strong he is.
That being said once traumeri releases all creature shinworiyu on the hidden leaf village Everyone would just die since know one even has the defense power to counter. Leaving only sasuke and naruto who would also easily get beat up by traumeri shinworiyu and then traumeri himself 💯
