I originally preordered the House 2 Blu-ray that is coming out in a few days, but I just cancelled it and bought the House set off Amazon for $50. I was really lucky to come across your video as there were only 8 left in stock.

I love my hard box releases. My favorite hardbox release is a tossup between the Arrow Last House on the Left (1972) blu ray and the Deep Red 4K. I’d probably give it to Last House simply because Deep Red’s art is very simplistic and less interesting to me, especially considering the film’s actual promo art. But both are wonderful.

Also gotta love the Halloween 4Ks and Hills Have Eyes’ hardbox release.

Ghost watch was actually broadcast live in rhe uk on Halloween night 1993 or 1994. I was ten back then and i saw it... everyone thought it was real and it scared the living shit out of me.

I love hardbox steelbook editions, so my EverythingBlu Shaun of the Dead 4K and FilmArena Alien 4K are two of my favorite pieces in my collection! 🤘

I couldn’t agree more on that Ghostwatch set. It’s easily in my top 5 pickups of 2022 and a film I wanted on Blu-ray for years. I’ve been wanting to grab that Supernatural set for awhile now it’s just so expensive lol. I’ve seen clips of episodes when I’d be channel surfing on tv but I’ve never actually sat down and watched the show. Another set I’d add is Severin’s folk horror boxset. It’s a truly gorgeous set! That Phantasm set was already oop when I found out about it but I ended up getting a brand new one for like $90 on eBay and to this day, I don’t regret it. The JU-ON grudge Collection Arrow put out is amazing too and one I highly recommend if it’s still available. Has the first 6 original Grudge films with the first being a 4K.

The Phantasm box set and House 1 & 2 box set are the definitive editions for me. House of 1000 Corpses I would consider upgrading and putting the 4K in the hard box.

The House 4-Film Collection From Arrow is great as well. I actually have two copies. When I ordered it from Amazon, they sent it to a completely different address in a whole different state. So they had to send a replacement which of course I received. Then months later the original set I ordered showed up at my door. Now I have two lmao. Probably going to sell the brand new copy as it’s collecting dust on my shelf but I just haven’t gotten around to it.
