So that's off her ledger, but I do think your placement for her is right - she's a very good mother, if a little too hands-off and maybe a bit dismissive of her daughter.

I used to watch Little Bear when I was a child, and let’s just say that the cartoon was peak in terms of quality and teachings. It was so whimsical too, definitely recommend to the kids.

I’m kinda sad that Chili isn’t number 1. She has so much patience with her kids and other kids as seen in the episode where Pom Pom is too small to play the game they were playing. No matter how tired she is, she always tries to play with her kids and teach Bluey and Bingo lessons. I think Chili definitely deserves first place.
