A year ago, I got diagnosed with sleep apnea. Getting that treated helps me so much with processing my emotions. Bad sleep means a bad day and over and over again it means a shorter life.

Struthless reference whooop! Its not S.T ruthless. Its a play on words...Struth is an aussie slang word for an exclamation and he combined that with the word ruthless.
