Why president of Uzbekistan speaking Russian this is official state visit usually presidents or prime minister's when they visit other countries they speak native language which I believe for Uzbekistan Uzbek or English because it is international language .why new President of Uzbekistan speak Russian .He is not proud of his nation his language or culture .I guess if you want earn your place in the world and make your nation proud you need to make everyone else respect you and listen whatever you say .small things makes big change.when some one will ask Uzbek man or woman where he/she from they say from Uzbekistan questionnaire say are you Russian or yeah I know you're part of Russia ...
When someone ask you where you from you told your country they need to say yeah great I know you speak this language your traditional food that and you have famous people, sportsman...
