Hi Jeff, i finished my onsite interviews yesterday. The recruiter reached out to me today saying feedback was great, they will bypass the hiring committee and proceed with an offer. The hiring manager is apparently looking to fill in the position from last 8 months. Is this a good sign for me?

I am MS + 1 yr exp hardware role. Can i expect L4?
