This took me a while to understand but Roblox support told me, there are specific country’s that get it by just verifying phone number and email, but if you are from a different country then you’ll need to verify using your passport, ID, drivers license, whatever you have, just so they know that you are 13+ if you did all of this it will come instantly, no delay no waiting or anything.
