People should not get mad at her for loosing weight she only wants to look and feel healthy. She once said that she was fat and healthy and looked good and that was because that is where she was at that time. She finally realized that she was not satisfied at that size so she is loosing and exercising now. She should not have told people that being overweight was beautiful because some people took that advice and ran with it even though they didn’t look good at all. It got to the point that overweight people started wearing less and less thinking that looked presentable when it did not. Now they are upset because she came to her senses and changed her mind. Those who are upset change yours too.

I don't understand this need she feels to say that the extra weight was beautiful while she actively tries to lose it. If you really feel like it's so beautiful keep it. I'm sure she's tired of being teased and that's part of the reason she's losing weight too but why continue to push that obesity is beautiful when you don't even want to be obese. And before someone says she's losing weight to be healthy, that's great, but why continue to say that obesity looks good instead of just saying that she's trying to get healthy and encouraging others to do the same. Instead, she's encouraging others to stay fat while she actively tries to lose the weight.

If you take Ozempic you need to start working out and change your diet because you lose fat but also muscle mass. Thus going to the gym doing resistance training and upping your protein intake.
