Ingredients
🍫1/2 cup oats
🍫2 tbsp jaggery powder
🍫 2tbsp cocoa powder
🍫2 tbsp peanut butter
🍫3 tbsp milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees celsius and line a tray with silicon mat.
2. In a mixer, add the oats and grind it into fine powder.
3. In a bowl, add the oats powder, jaggery powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter and milk.
4. Combine everything together and form a dough. Roll out small balls, line them on a tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees celsius.
5. Let them cool for sometime until its crunchy. Pour the milk and enjoy!
6. Also, you can double this recipe for making a bigger batch and store it in an airtight container for upto one month.

tip: if you find rolling them into balls tiresome then just roll it into a long tube and cut it in small pieces!
if you dont have a oven roast them in a skillet then top them off with honey and crunched nuts if you can

I just made them today!! Super crispy and yummm!!! With milk it was even more delicious!! Only one problem😅 the quantity was too little for the effort put in... I got about 1½ portions of cereal with the above recipe. Hopefully it can be multiplied. Will try and let know next time....

Edit: Remade it a few days ago. Tried to cut it into little circles using the end of a piping tip. Again effort was a lot but the results were great this time. I made cereal that sufficed me for 3 servings plus quite a few Munchables😋😋😋!

Instead of balls I will shape into a rectangle and cut into small squares…hopefully it will bake well and I can double the recipe
