Thank you! This perfectly solved my issues. To remove all the annoying warnings, I had also to close and reopen the file.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, i used to do this one by one, but now had almost 1000 queries to remove and though "damn I need to find a solution" - THANK YOU SO MUCH, GREAT JOB!!!

Hello Sohail, thanks for your video. You can also use: "ActiveWorkbook.Queries("QueryName1").Delete", after you get the info you need from query, if you are using vba.

Doesn't work for connections. I don't have queries but I do have 14 connections, I can delete 1 at a time but same method described here doesn't work in my case. I have no custom xml data.

What if you have other connections like pivot tables. Will it delete them as well?
