You NEED to See This Satisfactory 1.0 World

The Satisfactory 1.0 update or full release version is out and people have gone wild with it! Today I'll be doing a world tour of an absolutely amazing endgame factory where they've not just beat Satisfactory 1.0, but done so by building one of the coolest factories I've ever seen!

Shoutout to reddit user r/BitBootyTom for creating the map!

Dude legitimately recreated every sci-fi industrial zone ever.

What I like about it is there isn’t big blocks of machines. Everything is more organic, train lines are low and follow the terrain. Belts don’t clip and everything is supported. It is refined spaghetti to the nth degree. This is why Satisfactory is such a great game.

I have never felt compelled to get on my knees and chant "We're not worthy!" For a Satisfactory world before. What the..!

Needs more syllables than "Factory"; I vote for Manufactorum.

I also want you to notice the type of fuel you were using for your jetpack. It is ionised rocket fuel, which is made with regular rocket fuel and power shards. Yes, THOSE power shards. And unless you're crazy to use the naturally occurring ones, you'll need to use a crazy expensive "synthetic power shard" alternative recipe. And it was just... Just a not noticeable part of that MASSIVE complex

By the way, to do the mini-lift: set your input and output first (can be two belts, merger/splitter stacked on top of each other, etc) and then connect the lift. If you do top to bottom, the bottom half of the hologram will disappear, but works completely normally when you confirm-click. Really useful to add into builds!

Kibs, it'd be so cool if you had the world creator on for a video and had him walk and talk you through the world. I'd love to hear the details of how it was all done

I appreciate how organic it feels. Nice and flowy, real chaotic in a poetic way.

The only thing this world needs now is for Coffee Stain to add custom sign images so they can place “You Are Here” directories throughout the factory like a classic shopping mall or other large complex. This must be what they mean in the steam page by entering “conveyer belt heaven”

This is the perfect application for a sushi belt - stuff like pressure conversion cubes, radio control units, etc. don’t need a lot of materials, so you can have pretty high throughput
As long as everything gets used or sinked - which the overflow splitters can do - you’ll never have any problems

Man, that pressure sphere build that took in from the sushi belt, and outputted back to it was so clean looking it almost makes me want to make sushi belts for my low-quantity production stuff. The giant manifolds you need for manufacturers are ugly, just sending a single belt through a row of smart splitters is so clean.

I love builds like this. I just wonder how you plan out your factories to where they just fit together so well with walkways any everything passing over eachother. Big inspiration

Good. A new vid... I was starting to get the sweats not hearing about the "choos" and "beans"

It really feels like a city with its iconic places, open areas, the outskirts and all the little details in between.

Night City in Satisfactory. This like the Watson industrial areas combined with Corpo Plaza and Heywood. The only thing that's missing are those megabuildings.

I spent 300 hours beating the game and this is easily 5 times the refinement and sophistication.

I love their use of different heights. They didnt just raise the ground floor to above the map's terrain but built to conform to the terrain in a logical way. Nice job!

These people are truly special. I take a single break, return to my barebones save and get overwhelmed, imagine returning to this! You would need a hell of a memory to remember what everything does, otherwise you would need to spend hours each day to just suss out wtf is going on before you can continue building.

On my own 1.0 world Dimensional Depots got me to to learn to stop worrying and love the sushi belt. It started with using one to take items from a bunch of different bases sending items by truck and just putting them on one belt to distribute to storage + Dimensional Storage. I mostly don't end up using them in dedicated spaceship part factories though, I've never run into the need since those are planned from front to back so I don't need as many long logistics belts.
