NIO IS AN EXTREMELY STRONG BUY UNDER $20

Xpeng delivries up 180% from last year this time and shut down a factory for a couple weeks to add production. Announced an order backlog and said they now will be able to produce a car every 90 seconds now that their production lines complete. March deliveries should explode higher.
