sir 2's compliment of the 7 is become 9 and you ask that 2's compliment of 7 is 7 how can get there ??
because
0111 first convert it into 1's comp = 1000 Right for the 2's compliment rule
1's compliment + 1 = 2's compliment
1000 + 1 = 1001 is decimal 9
is it correct logic or not ????

there is no such concept as underflow in 2's complement addition , example 1st and 5th both are examples of overflow because result can not be represented using 4 bits
