An important piece of information everyone needs to verify is whether or not not their dentist or the dentist where you live accept the dental insurance you are evaluating and if your are “in network”. I found the dentists in my area of New Hampshire did not accept most plans. I went with a product called Essential….again check to see if your dentist accepts.

Thank you so much for this video. My husband and I have Medicare G plans, which we are very happy with. It is through your videos, we were able to make informed decisions on the type of plan to sign up for. We signed up for stand alone vision and dental plans and are very happy with our choices. Thanks to you for the wealth of information through your videos. I must say I watched hours of videos and educated myself before I made my Medicare decisions, You and your team are awesome. Thank you.

Someone else recently mentioned an option for an uninsured person to get low cost services at a dental hygienist school.

Brush twice a day, floss thoroughly once a day. Best dental insurance you can have. Most dental coverage is very limited, $1, 500.00-$2, 000.00 yearly cap, and you pay half that in premiums. Take care of your teeth and put money in a dental savings account. Cleanings are cheap...less than $100.00. Get two a year. It won't break you, and it's cheaper than premiums by far.

In my area, dental insurance cost plus an annual deductible came to $650 with a limit of $1000=$1500. We opted for a dental discount plan which is accepted at our dentist. We have the AARP plan G with a dental benefit but our dentist is not in network.

I receive excellent and very low cost dental services at my local dental school.

Are some of the dental & vision plans your company recommends portable from one state to another? If not, when would be the best time to apply to another plan, before or after a person moves? Medicare is confusing & I really like your video's a lot. Please keep making more. I have learned quite a bit by watching your video's.

I have plan G with stand-alone dental. The total cost of cleaning was $203 and they paid only $4.00, I paid the rest. For exray was out of my pocket $113. Dental through Medicare Advantages is much much better.

I expected a plan and on for a year, which I canceled because it was called a dental plan. When I decided to use it 😢 it was a discounted plan. Be very careful

Another thing Caitlin let’s remember something else Mickey Mantle was 17 years old when he came to New York to play for the Yankees think about when you were 17 years old you’re 22 now and you are a star just like Mickey Mantle was a star and he had to show them that he could do it and he went back and his father told him you wanna go or do you wanna go and he said it’s pretty tough I don’t know he was 17 years old and he went there and he was a shining star just like you remember that stars endurance that holds that above that makes them able to do the things they have to do and you have that ability I worked for 51 years as an electrician because it was easy, but I made it easy just like you did you made it easy to shoot those baskets those three-pointers that is amazing really but somebody who doesn’t know how to do it. I don’t think I could shoot one of them in basketball hoop and back wooden pole. My mother bought me a basketball hoop when I was a kid and I put it in and I put up a backboard on a wooden pole on my street and everybody used to come there and then somebody came and vent it down you know because that’s the way people are they’re not raised right you know they’re raised like heathens and you gotta remember that you gotta guide them sometimes showing them the right way I did it and they will do it and you are doing it. Thank you for being the person you are.❤

At about 12:34 you say "Max out of pocket". A slip I know. But some may not understand it is not max out of pocket but max the insurance will pay. You do go on to explain but perhaps not clear enough for the new folks to any Dental plan.
Again at 15:32.

I left this on another video you made and left out My Humana advantage ppo plan now only pays for a cleaning and x-ray, also no more allowance for OTC items. I will be looking at going back to Medicare plus supplemental or a better advantage plan.

So what is the best dental coverage or plan for a Medicare plan G person? Or how do I find it? I used a dental discount plan (which was great) but my dentist no longer accepts.

Thanks for the video. Will the N plan pay the same as a G plan for cataract surgery?

Hi, I'll will be turning 65 next year, I'm looking at a G or N supplemental plan, I'm in central Florida, they range in $120 to $180, I saw a G high deductible (about $2800) for $40 to $65, do you know about this and can you explain this High Deductible G plan, thank you.
