I'm surprised the Tories lasted this long. My question to the UK people is, can the Labour Party actually change things? From the outside looking in, it looks like the UK is a a huge mess and I'm American, we all know we are a mess too, but you guys are a huge mess.

I voted for Lord Buckethead.

The establishment are frightened of him cleaning up their mess!

Rishi is a filithy rich man. He doesnt care about normal people who dont go to work in a helicopter or jet like his friends. I dont understand why countries keep electing business men to run countries. How can you be surprised someone who priorities profit over everything else isnt going to care about you.

It is like in Germany, no one wanted Scholz we all wanted to prevent the Hobbit from Aachen. Same with the UK even if Starmer had not made one speech, the people wanted to eliminate the Tories.

Macron called for an election - He lost.
Sunak called for an election - He lost big time.
There seems to be a trend here...

Really? Too much of a good thing hence change? Come on … admit that UK hasn’t been great and 14 years to realise this is much too long

Nothing’s going to change. The historical tide is sweeping the UK away into irrelevancy.

Sunak says every time when people think of the worst showing by the Conservative since it was formed they will remember him Sunak as the PM. Though it is negative but to him as a multi-millionaire it will be like water of a duck's back.

Labour gained 1.5% in the to 35% and win 414 seats, Reform got 15% of the vote and got 4 seats. The UK parliament really does not represent the electorate.

Never make comments on a speech without first showing the speech to your viewers. Especially not when you tease people for showing it yet still make comments. Who is directing this studio?

Reform UK will only have 4 seats. They were being talked up as if they'd replace the Tories.

The Labour party could not going to change anything. All the same.

The people expect too much from their government and too little from themselves. This outcome, while understandable, will solve very little until the British people take responsibility for their future, and re-engage with their social responsibilities.

only took Labour to basically become Tory in Red and kick out the left leaning & vocal parts of the party for them to beat the Tories.
