Watching your videos is one of the best ways to understand philosophy quickly. 👍 thank you! I don't know if you know or not but most knowledge plato had was from Persian books from time he invaded Iran/persia, stole the books and burnt down the libraries.

One of the main books he took was "Avesta" from the library in Shiraz. Avesta is the book of zorostrians, and they exsisted before the revolution time of philosophy appeared from Greece. Persia had the largest empire of all time and and they followed Zorost as their prophet.

Persians were so advanced in astronomy, philosophy, poetry, medicine, etc. But after alexander won the battle he took the culture and books. It was always a question for me how come greece with such little land was so advanced all of a sudden, in compare to persia. And where plato got his knowledge from.
