What a year!!! We are so thankful to each and every one of you for listening, commenting, subscribing, and sharing our music. You have brought us so much joy and we can't wait to do it all again next year. Happy New Year!

After a crazy few months we always take off January to rest our voices and recharge, and this time we are spending February in the studio and coming up with new songs, including more Katie originals. So y'all will notice our videos slow down, but we can't wait to be back!

That is as beautifully as that great old song has EVER been done. And Katie's lower register is pure magic.

It's hard to follow in the footsteps of Ella Fitzgerald and Karen Carpenter without copying them, but I have to say, Katie pulled it off with flying colors! I noticed she took her voice down a notch where the sweet spot is with full resonance and control unlike I've ever heard her before. Then the phrasing kept it swirling like a freshwater creek. And the dress, glittery as it was, is a perfect fit and color. Then there's Julianne with a great big adoring dimpled grin complemented by the admiring smile of Ellen. Combined with Emmett's unique sound and the rest of the band to provide background to hang that superb voice on and you've set the stage for the New Year to start off right. Way to go Petersens!
