I come to You Jesus in Prayer please help me with my anxiety and panic attacks and all my fears help me maintain my blood pressure because it goes very high with these attacks ease my palpitations for it feels as if my heart is going to Leap out of my chest guide me and protect me I want to be the person that i was before full of life happiness and with out worries im grateful for the life You have given me and the breath i take everyday and morning the one thing missing is me i say this because with these attacks im not able to function my brain and mind are overwhelmed from overthinking and catastrophic thinking i love you Lord thank you for hearing my prayers help me please get all this out of me i would also like to pray for my children and husband and our families protect them and guide them give them strength for their everyday struggles give them peace love happiness wisdom good health and courage in Your Name Jesus I pray Amen
