Hammond X66 & XTP Organ Brochure (1966)

I would like to thank my friend Paco de la Rosa for very kindly allowing me to use his music performance and photos in the making of this short informational video.

Paco used the Hammond x66 and a Yamaha Tyros 3 in this performance of his own composition called "Cada día te amo más"

I both the owner's manual and the repair manual for this organ. I never owned an X-66, but one of my favroite Hammond tone wheel was the X-77 GT and I regret selling it.

I used to play an X66 owned by a friend of the family, he had the same speaker showing at 0:30, it was a great organ, I loved the little row of silver pegs below the top keyboard for your gilssando effect. I remember it going wrong just before our friend was due to play a concert, my Dad fixed it with a simple transistor (BC-108 I think), he had on him at the time (he was an electronics engineer so had his soldering iron and some components in his briefcase), with minutes to spare it was back up and running.
