I miss my LS I bought in 1978. Once I had to sit in that thing for an 8 hour drive, got out just in time to meet my friends at the theater and I watched a movie. My back was fine. That seat was worth the $550 spent, which, you could get a new car for $4k back then.
Only downside, that stupid plastic "recaro" badge in the middle of your back. It the car was parked in the Sun that badge would get hot enough to brand your back.
