Shopping List:
1 Rotisserie chicken
1 diced yellow onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup peeled and diced carrots
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced bella mushrooms
6 tbsp butter
1/3 cup flour
1 tbsp italian paste
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsps better than bouillon chicken base
1-2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
1 egg or 2 tbsp melted butter (to brush puff pastry)
1 tbsp garlic paste
Puff pastry
salt, pepper, cayenne, AP and Lemon Bae Seasoning

Chef...how is it a pie without a bottom crust? The Banquet pot pies have both top and bottom crusts. I like double crust pies and cobblers. Will you post recipes with double crust pies? Thank you. It looks delicious!
