I agree there must be a few bedrock PC players. This likely has to do with most players on PC play Java instead. Bedrock I mostly see the audience for on consoles and mobile but custom addons are specifically for mobile players since Android can freely download and install custom addons. I think there could be more potential if mobile users have better tools as the closest and best experience I've had was using bridge on my tablet.

Android bridge doesn't allow to automatically update addons you're working on into Minecraft like PC does and you don't have access to other certain software on mobile like photoshop which is what I personally use for skins and textures. While doable, it makes the process harder as you have to workaround these limits.

a big pet peeve of mine is people who play bedrock/pocket edition who call Addons mods
